About us
Carolina Pie Company
Carolina Pie Company started in Mooresville, N.C. but its roots go back three generations when my Grandpa opened his first bakery in Massachusetts and my Dad followed with a second bakery. Growing up we always had fresh baked goods in our home and the Carolina Pie passion is to bring that same homemade goodness to you.
All of our pies are a generous 9 inches and baked from scratch, including our own secret crust recipe. We are committed to using fresh ingredients, bought locally whenever possible. We do not use preservatives, processed fillers or prepackaged ingredients.
Because we believe that the best products are made by people and not by machines, we make each individual pie by hand with the care and attention to detail that we hope communicates our core values…
